Eartha Denise Davis was sworn in as At-Large Council Member to the Clinton City Council on December 22, 2021.  Eartha is a native of Natchitoches, LA.  Eartha is a graduate from Natchitoches Central High School.  After graduation, Eartha enlisted in the Armed forces to the Air Force branch where she spent 9 years active duty as a purchasing agent.  Eartha served in Abilene, TX, Kaiserslautern, Germany and Mountain Home, ID.  Eartha served 3 years in US Air Guard in Des Moines, IA. 

Eartha is self employed as a caregiver and is married to Darrell Davis of Clinton, Iowa.  Eartha has five children (4 adult children, including a stepdaughter, and a one teenage daughter).
