Clinton County Area Solid Waste Agency

The City of Clinton is part of the Clinton County Area Solid Waste Agency (CCASWA).  CCASWA  has a public drop-off that residents from the City of Clinton can use for recycling. 

CCASWA also handles the following programs that will be helpful for our residents: 

  • Household Hazardous Waste Collection - Paint, Cleaners, Lawn chemicals, Pool Chemicals, and other items used for the home that is considered household hazardous waste. 
  • Motor Oil 
  • Anti-Freeze
  • Car Batteries 
  • Medical Sharps  
  • Electronic Waste  (Fee will apply)
  • Appliances  (Fee will apply)
  • Tires  (Fee will apply)
  • Scrap Metal 
  • Rubble  (Fee will apply)
  • Yard Waste  (Fee will apply)
  • Solid Waste Disposal - Clinton County Landfill ( Fee will apply)
